Our sole purpose is to locate areas of misalignment or restricted mobility in your spine, or other joints of your body, that could be causing nerve irritation or impingement and to correct these with specific chiropractic adjustments. Our primary objective is “removal of nerve interference for restoration of health.”
However, we are not limited to adjusting, chiropractors can be certified in nutritional counseling, therapies, and several other techniques that aid in helping the spine function properly. Although this seems to be a fairly simple goal and treatment, the effects are far reaching. With a healthy nervous system free from interference, all other organs, tissues, and systems in the body function more effectively. Besides the common conditions chiropractors see of back pain, neck pain, and headaches, we have also seen tremendous results with a wide range of health problems.
Some examples include sinus trouble, rib pain, sciatica, digestive trouble, eye and ear complaints, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, all types of joint sprains, strains and injuries, and many other conditions. We are often asked who should see a chiropractor, our answer is “anyone with a spine.” Although all of these symptoms and conditions respond to chiropractic care, you don’t have to have any symptoms to be evaluated and treated.
Many of our patients get maintenance care just because it feels good and increases their overall sense of well-being. If you aren’t sure if your condition might be helped, please ask one of the doctors. Not everyone likes traditional manual chiropractic, therefore we offer a variety of ways to get similar results.
We offer Activator Methods, which are instrument assisted adjustments with a small instrument that may be pointy, but less forceful. We also offer Logan Basic methods which is the the technique Logan College of Chiropractic was founded upon and is a low force pressure based technique.
